Had such an amazing few days at Kits cottage. Beautiful location, stunning views. Centrally located. The cottage itself was immaculate. Free parking available. It's a truly beautiful place and I would recommend it highly. It is on a steep hill so if you are walking it may not be as accessible for people with physical difficulties. But for us it was perfect. Will definitely book again in future.

It was a pleasure staying in Kit's Cottage. Not only was it clean, bright and comfortable, but the view over St Leonard's church and on to the sea is wonderful, the garden looked (and sounded) fantastic, and there were lots of thoughtful practical touches which made it easy to settle in and live for the week. We liked Hythe and the surrounding area too and will certainly try to book Kit's Cottage again whenever we return.

What a beautiful cottage with amazing views over Hythe from every front window. Lovely and clean cottage packed with absolutely everything you need especially in the kitchen. Dog friendly. Definitely recommend staying here and would go back again. It is very central to everything and if you don't fancy driving you can catch a bus into Folkestone or New Romney. Lovely High Street full of independent shops. Short walk to Brockhill Park which is a great walk with your dog.

Fabulously equipped holiday cottage with super views over the town of Hythe and the channel. Excellent base for exploring the area. The owners have done a brilliant job of renovating this cottage, and making guests welcome.

Kist cottage, what a delight! a small cottage but spacious and comfortable inside and spotlessly clean. This let was the best equipped holiday cottage I have ever used, the vendors thought of everything from fire logs to spare bin liners. The cottage inside was perfect for our family of four plus dog and the views outside were stunning (front and back); birds soaring over the churchyard below, amazing views to Dungeness and the everchanging sea. We happily just sat cosily indoors just looking out when the weather was bad. When it was good there was plenty to see and do within walking distance; lovely walks about the castle, mooch along the high street, beach walks, catch the train to Dymchurch and Dungeness.... One week was not long enough!

Kits Cottage is a wonderful setting perched over the vibrant Kent town of Hythe with stunning views over the Channel.Even in January we could sit out on the front patio in the evening with a glass of wine looking out to the distant lights of Boulogne. Sheer bliss. The cottage is clean, modern and very comfortable with everything you require for a relaxing holiday vacation. The kitchen is superbly equipped and the bathroom spotlessly clean. It is a perfect base to explore the south east Kent coastline.Owner Rob was always available to answer any question that cropped up and was a pleasure to deal with.We will definitely return and are already recommending Kits Cottage to our family and friends.Roger & Gail January 2022.

Beautifully presented cottage in a great position overlooking Hythe and the sea. You are able to see over to France as well as east and west along the Kent coast. The cottage is ideally placed both for visiting Hythe and its surrounding attractions on foot, as well as driving further afield to a variety of attractions. You can enjoy the dramatic coast as well as beautiful Kentish countryside. The local shops are worth visiting and the local eating places are very good, the White Hart is well worth a visit. Staying a few days, or a week as we did, you will find plenty to do or just spend time relaxing and unwinding .
This really is a delightful little gem of a cottage
